The Pipe Fabricators Blue Book is the popular companion guide to The Pipe Fitters Blue Book.  The author, W.V. Graves, taught pipe fitting at Lee College in Baytown, Texas, near Houston.

Graves was a pipe fitter for more than 25 years and undoubtedly one of the leaders in his field.
